My surge isn't tracking my activity minutes. Not sure what's going on. I workout most days and it still says 0 active minutes.

What sort of workout do you do?

If your Surge cannot detect that you are being particularly active - not just mildly active - through your heart rate monitor and step frequency then you won't get any active minutes.

One possibility- it is not syncing with Fitbit's server. You can sync it to the app via Bluetooth, but the active minutes take a few seconds or a minute to show up. I am pretty sure the fitbit syncs with the app, then the app syncs with the server, then the active minutes appear. If you don't have an Internet connection, just the steps, hr, floors, etc. sync, but not active minutes, smart track, etc. I'm not sure if this could be your problem, but it's worth a shot.
