Aerobics manually log not properly counting calories burned

When I log 50 minutes of aerobics it says 50 minutes on my calories burned but only gives me the default half hours worth of calories burned. Same with calisthenics. I'm logging manually on my iPhone and rolling to the correct minutes and it shows me 280 some calories when I enter it but Then it only gives me credit for 170 (I can't remember the exact numbers but you get the idea).

Hope you’re having a great day @wild4salmon, welcome to the Forums! Thanks for the feedback. I would like to know if your Surge is currently syncing, since the calories should be determine by your HR information too. Can you please check when was the last time that it synced by going to your Fitbit App > Account > Surge. If it is not currently syncing follow the directions of this postSmiley Very Happy

I'll be around! Smiley Wink

My Surge hasn't arrived yet! I tracked the exercise manually on the app. The issue seems to have self corrected. The next time I looked, the calories  had changed to the proper amount.

Thanks for replying @wild4salmon! Got it, next time you can try to force quite the App or log out from the Fitbit App just for a moment before checking again, since sometimes it takes a few seconds to respond.

Hope you keep enjoying your activities, have a good day! Smiley Very Happy
