I waited for the release of the Surge with great anticipation, bought it right when it came out. My first one’s strap broke at the screws within the first year. It was replaced only to have the exact thing happen again. It too was replaced. Now my THIRD watch won’t charge. I’ve tried both cables from my previous watches. I’ve had to resort to using my old Surge with the broken strap. Not only is he strap broken, it will only hold a charge for 1.5days (using no gps or phone messaging), not only that I can’t get it to sync! I’m so so frustrated and disappointed in my experience with Fitbit products. I used Garmin before Fitbit and will be switching back.
