The original Surge I had bubbled with air on the strap just next to the face. I contacted Fitbit and even though it was out of warranty, they said they would make an exception and send me a replacement. Now months later, the replacement band is doing the same thing. I tried piercing the bubbles but ended up pulling some of the rubber on the band from under the face. I put a drop of Super Glue in there and have clamped it so we'll see. I've watched the YouTube videos showing how to replace the band but it looks pretty tricky, is it as tricky as it looks?

Hi @Rgarneau, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. About the video you saw, did you tried to ask to this person on the comment section or check if there is any blog; so you can ask directly to this person. As Fitbit Surge has no replaceable bands, I personally haven't tried this. I hope you can receive some piece advice from any other user.
Hope to see you around!
