Hello,

I received the fitbit surge, it is really great !

Unfortunately it is not compatible with my alcatel one touch idol 3 4,7.

Is it possible to make it work ?

A warm welcome to the community @Tris720. If you don't have a compatible mobile device, keep in mind that you can use Sync and Setup your tracker from a computer.
