To all,
I am sure i am not alone here, but i have tried to make a formal complaint several times via the online help in relation to my fitbit surge.
I am on my second surge which again the strap has broken once again.
I was assured each time this wouldnt happen again but it will.
The watch is not fit for purchase and at a £200 purchase this is not at all cheap for a so called smart watch.
I have been told to put on here as someone will get back to me but again i highly doubt this
I have lost all faith in fitbit

I did go through to customer services and all they kept saying was to put the complaint on here which is just not good enough.
I asked for the complaints procedure and still no one can answer me
The watch is not fig for purpose and very poorly made for a £200 so called superwatch

The Charge HR does this too. Since the bands aren't interchangeable than the entire product has to be replaced. As long as it's under warranty this is free of charge. My Charge HR has lasted me almost a year and has to be replaced again for the same reason. The only products that won't bubble up seem to be the ones with interchangeable bands but they have other issues such as inaccurate readings for distance.
