BPM on Surge doesn't match app

I've noticed that sometimes, the heart rate on the Surge doesn't match up with what's recorded in the graph. For instance, earlier this morning the Surge showed my BPM at 101, but the graph didn't get above 90 for that time period. Is this common?

Yes, your Surge records the rough heartbeat data and displays it on the Surge screen for you to see at the time of activity. The computer, however, may alter by varied amounts to account for the different types and intensities of the exercise.

Hello there @Stryker79! Your Dashboard graph will show you a five minutes average graph. If you'd like a more detailed graph, I recommend clicking that workout on your dashboard's Recent Exercise tile. Thanks for your help @Evan16

Hope this helps.
