My Surge battery crapped out after 1 year 2 months. Fitbit’s warranty is conventiently only one year. Looked online and there’s no way to replace the battery without tearing off the GLUED on wriststraps and using SOLDERING IRON.

 

But hey, they offered me 25% off my next Fitbit product!

I’ll consider it ...consider it a complete waste of money.
