Sorry, the band is not replaceable. If it is still under warranty, time to contact support.

Do you still have notifications enabled in the app? Did you somehow unpair it?

I don't know if it is still under warranty. It was a gift from grandma and I have no receipt.
I have not turned of the notification in my apps.

Hi,
I brought mine in December and this happened an hour ago. Mine has a small crack on the top right screw, still wearable but I'm sure will completely snap in time now.

Don't have the receipt but is still in warranty. Any thoughts?

Just so you know.

I contacted support and they were extremely helpful and are sending out a replacement Surge. I sent photos confirming the issue and all done and dusted.

Great service.

Wow, this issue seems to be coming up a fair bit.  I just had the same issue this evening with cracking of the band around the screws above the HR sensor.  My Surge was just purchased in December 2015.  On the positive side, I have heard good things about customer support and plan to call them in the morning.

What is support? Did you call a number and talk with someone?

You can call or email customer support with your concerns.  I called and, as posted elsewhere, they were quick to resolve the issue by sending me a new fitbit via courier.  Here is the link to the customer support page.

Good luck!
