Battery charge shows empty on watch but full on app.

Battery status on my surge shows completely empty on my watch but the app shows it as full. I have re started my watch hoping it would reset it but to no avail. Any suggestions??

Hey @Simjar, it is great to see new members around the Community! Thanks for letting me know that you tried to restart your Surge. I believe that this is more like a syncing issue, 'cause the data on your Fitbit app is not updating wit the information on the tracker itself. But don't worry, let me suggest you to take a look into the instructions on this post to sync your Surge with an iOS device.
