Battery draining on my new Surge

I just got my Surge on Saturday brand new and the battery is draining very quickly. From the time I fully charged it on Saturday it only lasted like 12 hours. Contacted support and the had me do a battery test so had it fully charged by 11:00 am yesterday and by 3:30 today it was dead. Disabled all the features and there were no gps tracking done. Very disappointed in this

Thanks for placing your comment here, before returning your Fitbit you can try some steps. First of all, congrats on your new Fitbit Surge! Now, about the battery issues that you're having with your Surge, it is must likely because something went wrong during the set up process and it is not finishing the initial update. Please, restart your Surge and try one more time to connect it using these steps.
