I have received a message from fit bit saying my Surge battery is low. This is not the case as I only charged last evening and is showing green on my app. Anyone else experiencing this and what to do.

Yes that has happened to me this morning.  I received the message at 10:45 UTC but the Charge 2 said it had 55% charge.

Sorry wrong board as my problem was with a Charge 2.  Same problem though.
