I'm here just to say that after 2 years, the battery my Surge doesn't work for more 2 days. The support of Fitbit confirmed with the backend tools and says that no way to replace.

Near the end of the life of my Surge (which was retired last week) I needed to charge two to three times per day.  Pretty much expected for a device of this type.
