Battery life

I have a new fitbit surge and I've noticed that the battery last about 3 days. I have done everything that was recommended to maximize battery life, including shutting off the heart rate sensor and tiring off all day sync. Is anyone else having this issue? All I know is the website says the battery should last for 7 days. Like I said mine is only lasting about 3.

@Legion7 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that even though your Fitbit Surge is new, its battery is not lasting as long as it should. It seems that you have tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended for this type of issues. In this case, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.
