I received my replacement surge a day back and the Brand new one needed two charges on day 1
is this normal?
pls suggest steps to trouble shoot

@sankethgitte It's not normal. I know it's new but check the contacts on the back of the Surge. They should be clean and gold. Check to see if there is anything trapped in the recess where the charging cable goes. If it all looks good attach the cable to the Surge. You should feel it set in place. Put the other end into a computer USB port and be sure the computer is on. The Surge should vibrate once or twice and a battery symbol should appear in the upper left corner of the display with a lightning bolt indicating it's charging. From dead to full charge should only take a couple of hours. If there is still no success, call Customer Service or return it to the place of purchase for exchange or refund. Good luck.
