Battery only lasting 3 days - sync with phone fails - vibrating when connec

Hi,

 

My surge battery only lasts for 3 days, anyone got any experience like this ?

 

I only use my Surge as a clock and step-counter, no GPS and sync with my phone does not work since I've turned off GPS. Another anoying problem, it only says "No Location" so if anyone knows any solution to this I would be happy (Turning on GPS/location is not an option)

 

My third problem is that if I connect my Surge with my laptop it starts vibrating and will not stop untill I disconnect.

Hi @Erik75 is great to see you around the Community! Smiley Happy I can see you are having multiple issues with your Surge. Maybe the battery issue is related with the fact that Surge is won't stop vibrating when you connect it with your laptop. So let me suggest you to perform a restart of your tracker by following the instructions on @MeylinP post to stop it.
