Battery stops charging at 75%

hi

I've had my 'surge'  for 5 months.

the last 4 times i've charged it it's stopped charging at around 75% according to the watch battery indicator.

so i unplug the charger and plug it back in and it'll then charge to full.

it's pretty inconvenient having to do this and i wondered if  this is a common problem or a faultstarting to develop?

thanks

I haven't seen that.

You can try restarting it: restart

Welcome to the Community @piedwagtail91!  Besides @SunsetRunner's advice, you can also try to clean the golden contacts of your Surge, any dust or dirty may be affecting the connection between your Surge and your charging cable. You can use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.

Let me know how it goes!
