Biking no longer showing up as an exercise option on my new replacement Surge. How do I fix this??

Hi @JogOn17, thanks for getting back. 

 

I really appreciate all the time you've taken in order to edit the shortcuts of your Surge. Check these instructions to use your Fitbit App on your phone or you can also go to your computer and change it from the Fitbit.com Dashboard.

 

Remember that you have to save changes and sync your Surge after this.

@yewengng Thanks for joining us! If you don't see the bike option on your tracker please check it's settings under "Exercise Shortcuts" you can edit them so it shows the one you wish.

Where are exercise shortcuts?

@JogOn17 Exercise shortcuts can be set up under settings on the dashboard. Once set up andvthe device has synced they will show up on your device to use when you exercise.

Thank you but that does not work.
I am becoming thoroughly disillusioned with FitBit, it should compliment my life style not frustrate it.
What do you suggest next as still no biking option on my watch.

Jsut about reached the end of my patience with FitBit.
