Black screen with Diamond Can't Reset

Hey

My fitbit is stuck on the diamond screen... I have tried the resetting process by holding the home and bottom right button down etc but that didn't do anything. It vibrates when I plug it into charge and green lights still seam to be working (well they are still green!)

 

Any help? I miss my running buddy 😞
