What is it that you want to do?

Setup, sync, are you trying to connect the Surge classic to the phone for controlling music?

moi aussi j'ai le meme probleme ca fait 15 jours que je suis entrain de configurer mon fitbit surge avec mon android a500h ver 6.0.1 et mon pc systeme windows 7 mais je n'arrive pas meme avec le help fitbit

Hi. Not sure if I'm experiencing what Kayla is experiencing but with me:

- phone: OnePlus 3T (Android OS)

- the phone will pair with the surge. 

- when adding device (in app) the phone will fail, always. (So I feed in the 4 digit code displayed on the surge and always get the same failure message and asked if the device is close to the phone... It's 1 centimeter away from it). 

Furthermore, the phone used to be connected to device but I had to remove it as it wouldn't sync. 

Your help will be greatly appreciated 🙏
