Brand new Surge frozen on "Lets Get Started / Configuration" screen .

Not yet managed to get beyond "Lets Get Started" screen . Have registered & paired the tracker with my Windows 10 laptop . Tried several restarts & charged via laptop but unable to see any charge status on the tracker screen . Am a bit wary of overcharging / leaving it charging overnight . Have deleted & re-installed Fitbit App . Any other options to try ??

Download the connect for pc not WINDOWS 10 app from fitbit and try that. I had issues with the window 10 app couldn't get my surge connected, once I downloaded the connect for pc I had no problem. You can also set it up using your smart phone if the phone is a comparable model Good luck!

Thanks for your swift rely @Redmoonstar - I am connected & ready to go , problem is just the frozen screen .......
