Brand new Surge won't work !?

Hi all, brand new surge arrived this morning. Took out the box, touch screen worked and it lit up, I could swipe between the different screens great. I then proceeded to setup. Synced and updated fine. Now, the touchscreen doesn't work, and neither do the buttons! I am unable to turn on or off. I'm letting it fully charge up incase that's something to do with it ?

Hi @Cressyyy welcome to the Forums! Sounds too bad that your Surge isn't working. By any chance have you tried to restart your Surge? if not yet, let me suggest you to take a look of this post to do so.
