My surge is refurbished unit which was replaced my previous unit a few month ago (band crack).
Now it is showing bright LED green light on FRONT of watch. It stays on all the time and I tried to drain battery completely but it came back when I tried to charge tracker. How can I turn this off?

Hi Tae-an. I had the same problem on two different Surges. They are not supposed to ever come on except for factory testing. The replacement Surge you got is defective. Notify Customer Service and get another one.

Thanks for advice. Customer service decided to replace my tracker. Fitbit's great customer service made me using fitbit continuously even though this is the second replacement -a little questionable quality control-.
