My band broke on my Surge ,does anyone know if I can replace it ?

It will depend on how long you have had it they have replaced mine after it broke but the repalcemt is now broken and they won't do anything about it

Hope you're doing great! Sorry about the issues that both had with your band. If you've already contacted Customer Support, they will give you more details about the option that you have depending on your Fitbit warranty; since Fitbit Surge doesn't have exchangeable bands.
