Broken Strap on Surge HR

My strap fell apart after 6 or 7 months, so on Sunday night @ 10pm, I emailed FitBit and received a reply within minutes asking me some questions,  and asked me to send pictures, which I did.

Within a short time I received a second email saying I was covered by warranty and they would send a new Surge HR which I should receive in 5 - 7 Business days.

 

To my surpprise it arrived, via Purolator, on Tuesday morning.

 

Great Customer Service and the person I dealt with was very polite and helpful and I am 100% satisfied and a customer for life.
