Broken Surge Strap

Hello - my Surge strap has broken, just like many other reports I've seen on this site. There seems to be no replacement option, and I also can't see my Order History anywhere, unlike every other online site I use (Amazon, Ebay, Paypal, and so on).

Please con you tell me how I get this fixed by yourselves (it is under warranty, and was bought via this site).

The first step for a warranty claim is to contact customer support via one of the options in this link:

But I looked all over your site and never found that page.

Why isn't that page easily linked? Why can't I see my order History?

There's a lot of online content and it can be hard to find your way around.

 

If ever in doubt, click on the "help" link at the bottom of most pages. There's a link to the contact details on the help home page.

 

Re your order history. That's something you'll need to ask support. I've never ordered from fitbit so can't help. Sorry.

For the record, I think it is really really bad that the FitBit website does not show me my order history. I can't believe a modern big company web site does not have that! 😞

 

After conatcting support, they have sent me a replacement, but only beacuse it was in Warranty. As this is a known problem with the Surge model - see simmilar reports *all over* these forums, then FitBit really need to do something about this product; either fix the design, recall them, or offer up spare parts (which may require fixing the design!).
