My Fitbit surge's glass broke today while playing. What should I do?

hey ! mine broke last week, I sent in an email and they replied within 2 days saying i can get 30% off a new one or a replacement of the one i have now. they were very understanding and i received my new Fitbit in the mail today after them mailing it yesterday saying it will take -12 days. VERY happy with their customer service
