Broken glass on Surge

Have had fitbit surge for only 8 months. Glass is broke . Fitbit won't fix it . Total garbage!

Welcome to the community!

Fitbit should be able to fix it as there is at least 1 year warrenty

 

For me to help you, could you please tell me how your broke your tracker's screen? 

(Accidental or purposely)
