Hi all,
can anybody help pease.
i recently upgradeg my old iphone from a 5 to a 6, i ported my original number across to the new device but for some reason i'm no longer getting notifications via my fitbit.
i have tried un-pairing and syncing again but this isn't working. the app on my phone is working fine and is connecting / syncing with the Surge recording my exercises etc it's just the notifications.
many thanks for any advice etc

Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.
