My Surge says that I need 1,050 calories per day. That would be a pretty severe weight-loss diet for me (and I don't need to lose weight). I checked the calories requirements for a very active woman my age on the Mayo Clinic Website, and it said I would need about 2,000 calories per day, which seems about right. What are the Surge calories requirements based on?

You can change it to what ever you want. Under Food plan scroll though until you see edit and chnage it to what ever you want.

Good morning @HBF, it's nice to see here! When you're using the Food Plan feature to calculate calories left to eat, it'll generated taking in count your MBR, Plan intensity and food you're logging daily. So, this information is personalized specifically using your information. @WendyB said you can try to changing your Food Plan intensity or setting a goal for your calories too. Take a look of this master post from @SebringDon about how to use Food Plan.
Which one is the intensity of your Food Plan? Do you want to lose weight? You can check this information in your Dashboard, look for the "Left to Eat" tile and hoover your mouse on it until you get the "Setting" option (gear icon).
Please check that information and I'll be around in case you need anything else!
