Can not swipe on menu screen

Wondering if there is a troubleshoot to be able to swip screen on menu stuck in run app. Can't get to settings and the control for music. Can only get to notifications for text and on to the running app.

If swiping is not working correctly then you could try restarting the Surge using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work first time.
