I cannot get my surge to sync with my LG G3 and Samsung note 4 and iPhone 6S and try all step of Syncing Troubleshoot. it isn't synced. any help

Can't get my Surge to sync on Windows 10. Have tried the help article. It tells me to uninstall Fitbit Connect but I don't have it on my computer.

@Parco, I appreciate you have taken the time to troubleshoot your Fitbit Surge. Since this issue persists, even after you tried to fix it with your Android device and your computer, I will ask you to contact Fitbit Support and let them know about this. I'm pretty sure they will find a solution for you.
@ANBC, Could you please try to download Fitbit Connect for your Windows 10 computer? Remember to go to the Windows store to download it. Then follow the steps to complete the installation. When you have it installed, then you can find the file and uninstall it.
