Can't connect my Surge to my iPhone 11's Bluetooth

surge doen’t appear in my bluetoothlist ipone 11.

I use also an Ionic  on the same phone and account

Hi @Prowolf -  there are a couple things I’d suggest you try:

  • Make sure your iPhone has the latest upgrade.
  • Also make sure your Surge and your Fitbit app have been updated to the latest releases.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone.
  • Re-start your Surge. Tap here then scroll down for instructions for the Surge.
  •  Power your phone off completely. Wait a couple minutes then power it back on. Make sure you Bluetooth is back on. Then try to set up the Surge again.

Surge doesn't need to be paired with or even show up under Bluetooth devices to work with the Fitbit app.
