Can't connect my new android phone to my surge.

Hello, I recently was forced to get a new phone. I have always been on Android. I went from a Samsung Galaxy s5 to a new Droid Moto Z. My problem is that when I try to sync the new phone to my surge. I keep getting a banner saying " The surge has rejected this phone." How do I solve this, and what can I do to make sure it stays synced? Thank you!

It might not be possible to fix this - the Moto Z isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

Thanks for joining us @Zach_K! Thanks for jumping in @SteveH! As mentioned before the Droid Moto Z is not on the List of Compatible Devices, so it would be best try to use a different device or a computer; you can find instructions to use a computer in this postSmiley Happy

In case that you want to give a try again with your Droid Moto Z, verify if your phone and Fitbit App are up to date and then try these steps

I'll be happy to keep helping! Cat Happy
