Why can't I get my menu to come up when I hit the button. I'm frustrated and ready to return this, it is brand new and went through all setup options.
Moderator edit: Clarified subject.

Hello @Kage3453, if uou remove the tracker from the frame, will pressing the button on thebpebble now work?
Ok lets double tsp the tracker to turn the display on, i assume thats what you mean, pressing the button should turnbthe clock on.
Anyway swipe over to settings, tap, scroll down to shutdown, tap and confirm.
Keep us informed.
Pressing any button should turn it back on, try the non working one.
