Orginally I could sink my surge on my apple phone and/or my compter (Windows 10). Now my phone won't find my surge when searching for devices and my compter won't sync with it either. I've reset the surge but still no change. What's up?

A warm welcome to the Community @GrayRunner. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot from your iOS Fitbit app and also from your Windows 10. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
