Can't see the time Surge is not responding

I can't get the time to display on my screen. I've tried swiping it up and down and back and forth but nothing works. What gives?

Thanks for trying that step already. Please try to restart it and then try to connect your Surge with your Fitbit Account one more time, you can also try all those steps listed in that master post, since it usually does the trick.
