The time displayed on my Surge is off by` 1 hour and 10 minutes.  I've read most of the on-line suggestions for re-setting the time but nothing works.  This is pathetic.  Isn't the correct time the first thing you expect from a watch?

How long ago was the last sync?

Do you sync through the phone or computer?

Is coming your timezone set for auto or manually?

It has been almost a year since Fitbit has offered the Surge for sale.
