I got a new Surge for Christmas and could not set up with my Mac or I-phone. Called customer service and after trying about 30 minutes they could't help, so they send a new Surge. Could not set-up new one. Called customer service and after trying about 15 minutes they admitted they are having trouble setting up Surge on Mac and I-phone and they are working on it but no fix yet. They suggested finding a friend with Android or Windows PC to set-up and they it will work fine with my Mac/I-phone. I am skeptical. Anyone else have experience with this?

Thanks for all the steps that you have tried. Sorry about the issues you've been having with your new Surge, you might be interested in checking the information in this thread, as it has worked for some users. I hope you can finally finish the set up process of your tracker.
In the meantime, let me take the feedback and let's wait. These types of issues are very unpredictable, sometimes the solution is very simple and other times the solution takes more time to develop. Hopefully, it will get resolve soon!
