I have tried post the app on my Window Phone and on the web page to install my Purge. After pairing the unit successfully there was no option to get it into the Device Viewer. The mobile App sugestst to use the web page and the web page doesn't seem to have a function to add the Surge Watch Tracker.

Please advise

@karlos7 I would like to know which Windows phone your using. Also, check the requirements to proper sync with mobile devices. After doing so, please try the next steps to finally setup your Surge:

  1. Make sure the Fitbit app is compatible with your mobile device by checking list of compatible devices.
  2. Find the Fitbit app in Windows Store.
  3. Install the app. Note that you’ll need an account with the applicable store before you can download even a free app such as Fitbit.
  4. When the app is installed, open it and tap Join Fitbit to get started (if you don't have an Fitbit Account).  You’ll be guided through the process of creating a Fitbit account and connecting (“pairing”) your tracker to your mobile device. Pairing makes sure the tracker and mobile device can communicate with one another (sync their data).
  5. If you have a Fitbit Account just log in, go to Account and choose the option Set up a device.
  6. If your Surge is not responding you can try the restart a couple of time before trying again.

Hi, @karlos7, on your Windows Phone you need to add your Surge via the Fitbit app, NOT your Bluetooth devices screen.  On the main screen of the app at the bottom select the "account" icon.  That's the small square with 3 lines and a circle.  On the next screen choose "set up a device".  Hopefully it should then find your Surge.
