@Zacks2006 The Surge background cannot be customized and it has no future. The Surge has been discontinued and replaced by the Ionic. When whatever Surge's Fitbit and reseller's still have are gone that will be it. They will still receive warranty coverage however when a replacement is needed for the warranty and there are none you will be offered a discount on any other Fitbit except the Ionic. Hope this helps.
