I'm on my second Fitbit Surge. I sent the first one back and they sent me a replacement. The replacement has the same problem as the first one did: I cannot configure the Fitbit because it keeps telling my "Battery is too Low". I left the first one plugged into my PC for 24 hours - No Joy. So I called the company and they told me to send it back and they sent me a new one. I've left the new replacement pugged into my PC for 5 hours - No Joy. I keep getting the same status messages - it tells me I need to upgrade the software but it wont let me get past step 1 because it says the Battery is too Low. I sent a new e-mail to Fitbit and asked them to just send me my money back and they can keep the Surge. I've had it since Christmas and I have never used it because I cannot configure it. Something that costs this much should be ready to use right out of the package. I shouldn't have tp pay this much money for a product and have this many headaches trying to use it.

Could it possible that's its your computer? Sorry but two strikes out tells me this
Maybe take this up with support. You are probably not giving them you Computer iOS etc. And its important
