Cannot Switch Screens - Stuck on RUN screen - AND cannot get to Shut down screen to restart

As the subject states, I cannot get my Surge past the RUN screen to shut off the fitbit or make any changes. 

I search the forum and there are plenty of identical issues with no fix.

 

Fitbit,....what is the FIX?

@mjaklrsav Try restarting. Press and hold the left and lower right buttons until the screen flickers then release. This takes 10 to 15 seconds. After that wait 30 seconds and restart.

Fixed wing aircraft (F-4J, F-4S), Fighter Squadrons: VF-171, VF-31, VF-103.
