So i recently noticed my steps dramatically increase when i was brushing my teeth the other night!!!
Many of you probably know but i thought i should post just incase any newbies were unaware!!!
Ive recently upgraded from a flex to a Surge to kickstart my healthy living again and am getting used to it slowly!!!

Driving is another issue. I get a few hundred driving each day.

@GarethsABitFit there is a DriveBit app that you can download to your phone and it will take care of the steps during driving

Yes i do remove the band after discovering this, also have you tried brushing your teeth with your other hand?? Not as easy as it sounds!!!

my toothbrush is right handed

Well imright handed for most things and brushing my teeth and wearing my fitbit are 2 of them

I have mine set to "dominant" hand although it's not on that hand (wear left, am right handed). I noticed that helped 'eliminate' some of the extra steps I was getting from hand movement.
