Hi,
My dashboard steps seem to be showing steps correctly. However, workweek hustle challenge doesn't show the same step count. There is discrepancy in the counts.
Verified the following based on information provided in previous discussion threads:
Please advice.

Hey my friend @swetha123, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for checking that already.
1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.
I also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.
Also, make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date.
If your steps are not loading correctly, please contact Fitbit Support directly so they can investigate where this issue is coming from.
Happy stepping!

I am on Workweek Hustle challenge again. However, there is discrepancy between my Dashboard total and challenge total. For now, it is not much, may be 73-80 steps. But, could you please look into this issue?

Hey again my friend @swetha123!
Well, If you've made sure about the possible reasons of missing steps that I've shared above I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support directly so they can look into this since they have tools for this.
Hope you have a nice day!
