Hey, that's a very good question. Let's review a couple of things here; things like how does your Fitbit estimate your calorie burn? Well, in order for your Fitbit to estimate the calories your burn it takes into account your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is the rate at which you burn calories at rest just to maintain vital body functions like breathing, heartbeat, and brain activity. This is estimated based on the physical data you entered when you set up your account such as: gender, age, height, and weight.
You might try modifying your personal info to get different results from your tracker just like @MDaveridge suggested, however as with any fitness program, speak with your doctor before starting any new fitness plan.
