Hello all,

After using my Fitbit Surge for three years now, the battery runs out very quickly and needs to be replaced. Do anyone know how to replace the battery properly without cutting off the wrist band? Or do anyone know a service center in Europe (preferably The Haque or Amsterdam) that provides battery changing service for this type of sport watch? Thanks!

There is no repair and also no battery to buy so it can be replaced. Sorry

 

This guy does repair but I think its US based. Not sure
