Charge HR not syncing

Any idea when the syncing issue with the Charge HR will be fixed?  It's been about 2 weeks now.  I don't see any updates on the site.

I found this suggestion on another website and it worked!!  Plug your fitbit into a computer or outlet.  press down on the side button for 10 - 15 seconds - you will see the model # for a moment.  unplug, then try syncing again.  This worked for me - I have a Fitbit Charge HR. (Uninstalling the fitbit ap and reinstalling did not help).  Here is the link to the article:

There is an update being released slowly for the Charge HR, it's in the Charge HR threads.

Welcome to the Community @Fiona40204!  I'd like t know if you could perform the firmware update to make your Charge HR sync as per @Redmoonstar and @Kellyp43 advice. You can also try to set up you tracker as a new dvice: 

 

  1. rom the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I posted the instrucions for an iOS device, let me know if you have a different phone.
