Every time i plug in my surge to charge it pulse vibrates and does not charge would know why. And is there a way to replace the band?

There is no way to replace the band. Sorry.

 

As for charging, how old is it? The battery will die. Mine lasted 3 1/2 years before it bite the dust.

 

You can try these steps

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Hi, mine is the same, I have 3 chords too.

For me it’s a 5-20 minute ordeal, plug it all up and jiggle and manipulate and prop the chord up until you get the buzz/vibrate and the charging icon shows up and stays....then don’t breathe or bump it and walk away😉!

I’ve had my Surge 2 years, always clean with Cetaphil and dry thoroughly....also other than charging I keep a plug in the charging port to keep dust/sweat and grime out.

I’ve upgraded and not had luck with newer models, seems I always pull my back up Surge out and it’s never failed me😉
