Me and my husband both charged our Fitbit surges yesterday afternoon which was fine, however we have tried to charge them today and it is not working. I can only assume it is the charging cable as neither of our watches will charge. Has this happened to anyone before?

I assume you both use the same cable because the other one broke or is missing? It sounds like it may be the cable. Fortunately, they still sell them in the Fitbit store and on Amazon. I would avoid the cheaper non Fibit cables on Amazon though.
